PTLens: An Actually Useful Free Photoshop Plug-In
"PTLens is free Photoshop plug-in that automates correction lens pincushion/barrel distortion, vignetting, and white balance."I'm looking forward to using this to tweak the point-n-shoot photos I take of my pictures.
I will admit that in the past, from the piracy device, I've grabbed a couple of "800 Photoshop Plug-ins!" collections, but don't have the patience to wade through 'em. Plus, the occasional twinge of guilt. I've started leaning towards open source and freeware when I can find it.With great power, etc.
Do youse know of any other good full-on freeware Photoshop plug-ins? Test-o-fy in the comments!

Unless I'm dumb (always possible) there doesn't seem to be a direct link to the plugin in this post so I'll note that it's available here. I got all excited, but then discovered that was Windows-only. Sniff.
I still have to shake my head in wonder whenever Photoshop and Windows are mentioned in the same sentence. How can there exist a Photoshop action that is not available for Mac? That seems...ludicrous!
No, it is I whois the dumbass, Fuzzy. Whoops. Thanks for picking up the slack; sorry I didn't mention that. I use Mac and PC but mostly just text and web stuff on the Mac.
And Ryan, there are ALL kinds of people, doing ALL kinds of things, on ALL kinds of machines. Open up your cozy little mind and let the musty air out, son.
Also, I note that you did not bring any free plugins for the class. Ac-cen-tu-ate the positive!
Sorry, sorry. Someimes my inner Apple snob gets the better of me. And hey, my mind is NOT musty! It's a dank odiferous hole that has never seen the light of day!
Anyway, I too own a PC (laptop), although it is (was) primarily only for web-coding. Now it's a paperweight. Not to be the clown who spoils the party, allow me to at least share this Photoshop action with everyone: Comic Art Effect. Should work on Mac and PC (for everyone!).
